Are you a young woman under 29?
The Women4IT workshops, run by the Noreside Education Centre can help you to avail of opportunities to get a good job in the tech sector. They cover a range of topics, looking at recognising your strengths, and the kinds of roles that would suit you. Setting SMART goals is an important part of getting what you want, understanding your key skills and matching them to the many digital jobs available in Ireland. All nine sessions will be delivered over a 5 week period, from 29th August to 30th September, by the expert and experienced educators in the Noreside Education Centre. There are a total of 9 workshops, 1hr 30 min per workshop.
Best of all, the workshops are completely free!
The have been developed by an international group of social enterprises, including the Irish Computer Society and are funded by the EEA Grants and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. They will give you practical tips on job searching and selling your best self. Think how lucky an employer would be to have you on their team!
